A venue built for the occasion
The Grand Ballroom is the largest pillar-free event space on Broadbeach — 850 m² beneath a sculpted ceiling, divisible into thirds, with a private pre-function terrace facing the ocean. Six smaller rooms handle board meetings, dinners and private gaming events.
Our in-house production team covers staging, lighting, broadcast and AV; the kitchen scales the same fine-dining standard to banquet formats, and casino packages — private tables, learn-to-play croupiers — can be woven into the evening.

A single event director takes your brief — occasion, numbers, tone — and holds it from first call to final invoice.

Menu & floor plan
Menu tasting with the executive chef, floor plan drawn to scale, production and run-sheet agreed.

Rehearsal
Full technical rehearsal the day before — staging, lighting, AV, the lot. You walk through an empty room that's already finished.

The night
Your event director runs the room; the casino salon, if ordered, opens at the agreed moment. We handle the rest.
Transparent pricing
Banquet packages begin at $185 per guest including venue, menu and standard production. Private casino salons, broadcast AV and custom staging are quoted per event. Room hire negotiable for non-dining formats.

Yes — though most clients find our in-house team competitive and already fluent in the room. External crews are fully supported.
Our signature option: private tables with croupiers and personalised chips, run as entertainment. No real-money play is required — it's pure theatre.
Peak dates (October–December) fill 9–12 months out. Mid-week and off-season dates are often available inside three months.
